Rusty isn't a barber, but the craft has always been his passion. He started Monument Barber Co. because Waco needed something it didn't have: an upscale, old-world barbershop built for men who wanted more than just a haircut.
His vision was simple: bring back the barbershop as a gathering place, a reverent, unhurried atmosphere where conversation flows as easily as the music from the record player. Vintage culture, upscale amenities, modern appeal. From word of mouth to concerts, benefits, and the groomsmen getting squared away before the big day, Monument Barber Co. was built for community as much as it was for elevated hair.
